Yoga and psychotherapy

A zillion years ago I started studying yoga with Swami Satchidananda at his first studio in NYC. Then later I got married, had a child, got divorced, and went into psychoanalysis. After that I started studying analysis, got married again, had another child, finished school, started private practice, learned more yoga, and found out that I could understand it even better than before. In fact, after a while I saw how yoga and psychoanalysis go together, at least for me, and so now I use them both professionally in my work with people.
Last year I went to India and gave a paper on just this topic at the International Symposium of Psychology and Spirituality in New Delhi.

Fantastic. The substance of what you have to say, the message, all- encompassing.
